How to enhance audio CD tracks

  1. Insert an audio CD into your computer's disc drive.
  2. Launch iDFX to bring up both iDFX and iTunes windows. Click here if you need instructions to launch iDFX.
  3. In iDFX, click on the Rip & Enhance CD Tracks button:

    Click on Rip & Enhance CD Tracks

    iDFX will begin processing by first importing tracks from your CD, then creating enhanced copies on your local hard drive.

  4. Done! After processing completes a playback window will appear:

    iDFX playback window
    • Click the Play button to hear the iDFX enhanced version of the last song processed.
    • Click the Compare button to hear the original version of the song, and switch between the two versions for comparison.

    Tip: You may now sync iTunes with your iPod, iPhone, or other portable music device to hear the iDFX enhanced copies of your music on them. Please refer to the device manufacturer's manual for instructions.
