For general FxSound issues, we may ask you to send us a log file that helps us track down any errors or bugs in the software.

1) Go to the Windows Search Bar

2) Enter %APPDATA%\FxSound\fxsound.log

3) Open the folder

4) Copy the fxsound.log file

5) Send it to us and we'll get back to you asap
